1/3 c Orange marmalade 2 T Peach jam
1/2 c Orange juice 1 T Grated orange rind
1/3 c Soy sauce 1 t Aji no moto
1/2 t Salt 1 1/2 lb Pork Sapre-Ribs
Prepare marinade by combining liquid ingredients together. Soak the
spareribs in the marinade overnight. Keep refrigerated. Bake at 350 F
with half of the marinade. Use other half to baste the spare ribs. When
almost done, transfer to broiler, broil until quite dry. Pile on
aplatter, garnish with orange slices and maraschino cherries.
